Programme overview

Study the legal framework of international business, from contract drafting and cross-border transactions to company law and international trade rules.

The three-year programme develops legal knowledge progressively through foundations, guided cases and supervised applied projects. Students learn to identify the relevant jurisdiction and legal sources before analysing a problem.

Entry requirements

Applicants should provide evidence of secondary-school completion or equivalent study. No prior law qualification is required for entry to the first year. Admissions reviews academic background, motivation and readiness for English-language study.

Submit a CV, education history, motivation statement and supporting academic documents. Applicants seeking entry beyond the first year require an individual review of prior learning.

Diploma awarded

Upon successful completion of the required modules, assessments and graduation project, École supérieure de droit et de justice de Paris awards the Bachelor in International Business Law (diplôme d’établissement).

This is an institutional diploma, not a French national degree. It does not itself grant admission to a regulated legal profession.

Bachelor in International Business Law: Career pathways

International business legal support, contract administration, trade compliance and cross-border transaction coordination.

Career opportunities depend on prior qualifications, language skills, experience and employer requirements. Regulated activities require the applicable professional qualifications and authorisations.
