Programme overview

Explore how organisations structure decisions, manage legal obligations and develop practical compliance systems through governance, risk and internal-control cases.

Entry requirements

Applicants should provide evidence of secondary-school completion or equivalent study. No prior law qualification is required for entry to the first year. Admissions reviews academic background, motivation and readiness for English-language study.

Submit a CV, education history, motivation statement and supporting academic documents. Applicants seeking entry beyond the first year require an individual review of prior learning.

Diploma awarded

Upon successful completion of the required modules, assessments and graduation project, École supérieure de droit et de justice de Paris awards the Bachelor in Corporate Governance and Compliance (diplôme d’établissement).

This is an institutional diploma, not a French national degree. It does not itself grant admission to a regulated legal profession.

Bachelor in Corporate Governance and Compliance: Career pathways

Corporate compliance, governance support, risk coordination, internal-control support and policy administration.
